Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and building scalable machine learning solutions to solve NLU use cases (for principal)
- 4+ years of experience designing and building scalable machine learning solutions to solve NLU use cases (for senior)
- Experienced with transformer based model training, inference, and product integration
- BS in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Advanced degrees are a definite plus
Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of machine learning solutions for real-time bidding, ranking, and personalization in ads
- Design and implement the machine learning solutions that power the visual and text based search and discovery system to drive Roblox content distribution
- Design and implement large scale recommendation models
- Design and implement LLMs for visual understanding and natural language understanding
- Author specs for new features and improvement
- Collaborate with other teams within Roblox to make sure we are building products with a community first approach
- Balance researching new technologies with a practical approach to accomplish the research efforts into the Roblox products
- Communicate with the industry and communities where applicable and be ambassador for Roblox
