Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience, including project/program management experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required, Master Degree preferred
- Have deep experience and success running large, intricate programs that span many organizations and executives
- Be technically curious – understand learn how things work without being asked
- Have high attention to detail; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to present at all levels
- Be motivated, self-starter, who is able to make progress quickly even when there is ambiguity
- Have Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage and empower others.
- Remain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal guidance
- PMP, CSM, Agile Training preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of program management for new product launches to ensure all the product features and marketing activities are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
- Partner with senior leaders to build strategic roadmaps, transform it into execution plans and deliver against business objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to communicate requirements, determine scope, define the design approach, and build a schedule that ensures delivery.
- Identify potential risks, create mitigation plans and engage the right partners to remove obstacles to success.
- Facilitate communication to partners throughout the organization, including C-level executives.
- Resolve misalignments across requirements, priorities, and schedule.
- Drive release management activities to ensure successful implementation of product updates.
- Build playbooks and methodologies for other teams to use.
