Requirements
- 7+ years of technical product management and/or program management experience, with a strong emphasis on intake and roadmap planning, ideally within the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and business case development.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare and present executive-level reports and presentations.
- Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and driving complex decision-making processes.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the prioritization and ranking of Transformation programs, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and resources are allocated effectively.
- Drive comprehensive financial planning for Transformation initiatives, including funding requirements, benefit analysis, and development of compelling business cases to support investment decisions.
- Monitor, track, and report on the progress of Transformation initiatives, maintaining up-to-date delivery status reports for BSSE and ACC programs to ensure milestone achievement, risk mitigation, transparency, and accountability.
- Prepare, update, and present executive-level presentations and reports that provide actionable insights into financial status and delivery progress, supporting informed leadership decisions.
- Support Go/No-Go assessments and coordinate launch readiness activities to ensure successful deployment of new capabilities.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on technology platforms, customer experience solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with BSSE (Business Support Systems Evolution) and ACC (AT&T Customer Connect/Salesforce) programs or similar large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager, Product Manager, or equivalent experience preferred.
