Requirements
- 5+ years of experience: Proven expertise in product operations, technical program management, or equivalent product delivery roles.
- In-depth knowledge of product development: Understanding of systems needed for SaaS, enterprise, or product launches.
- Leadership through influence: Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in key workflows: Managing legal compliance, release readiness, and beta execution.
- Framework design skills: Track record of crafting scalable frameworks across teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Take charge of the operational flow for GenStudio for Performance Marketing: Ensure alignment across roadmaps, dependencies, quarterly planning, and execution achievements.
- Ensure Jira remains the definitive source of information: Establish tagging guidelines, status norms, achievement monitoring, and reporting dashboards for efficient operations.
- Lead SLC governance: Coordinate achievement reviews, approvals, legal compliance, and quality checkpoints to ensure flawless execution.
- Track and implement objectives and key results: Ensure alignment between quarterly goals, roadmap priorities, and execution achievements across the product organization.
- Coordinate across teams: Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to ensure clear scope, timelines, and execution plans.
- Facilitate executive-level reviews: Communicate progress, surface risks, and align on tradeoffs with senior leadership.
- Orchestrate structured beta programs: Synthesize insights from strategic customers into roadmap decisions.
- Define and manage program structures: Set goals, deliverables, and accountability for cross-cutting initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify and remove operational friction to improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Support business operations: Coordinate QBRs, planning cadences, collaborator interlocks, and reporting.
- Produce high-quality artifacts: Build documentation that enables alignment and decision-making.
- Advocate for standard methodologies: Encourage excellence throughout the product tool stack.
- Foster a culture of collaboration: Ensure visibility, transparency, and teamwork across all involved teams.
