Responsibilities

  • Data insights and customer needs guide Commerce capabilities prioritization and contributions to Identity and Administration platforms.
  • You will provide unambiguous, detailed, well-organized, and thoughtful requirements with API specifications and non-functional requirements to accelerate software development.
  • Develop Commerce APIs strategically to be generic, deciding on new ones and phasing out old ones to benefit all sales channels and customer segments, improving resiliency and availability.
  • You will lead in building the right working culture and deliver sustained success with developers, architects, program managers, and other team members.
  • Ultimately, clients can effectively use the Platform to unlock business growth & build outstanding customer experiences atop.
