Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management
- 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
Responsibilities
- Use data, advanced analytics, and AI/ML tools to optimize supply chain flow, ensuring smooth transitions across warehouses, transportation, and inventory management.
- Build strategies for optimizing inbound, outbound, and inventory flow, ensuring efficient product movement across the network.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to innovate and improve Walmart’s supply chain, using emerging technologies and processes.
- Mentor a team of product managers, creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Supervisory experience
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
