Requirements

  • 12 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on building GenAI/ML products
  • Hands-on experimentation with emerging tools and platforms (e.g., Replit, Vercel v0) for GenAI
  • Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements and ensure timely decision-making
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and execution for our Agentic and GenAI product features, including defining key technical requirements and making informed tradeoffs between model capabilities and user needs
  • Lead the planning and coordination of strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy, innovation, and strategic investments
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, other product teams, and sales to align on product vision, strategy, go-to-market (GTM) plans, pricing, packaging, and business priorities
  • Deliver high-quality products that address unmet user needs while mitigating risks related to business viability, value, feasibility, and usability
  • Cultivate a user-centric approach to product development by incorporating user feedback, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development process
  • Communicate with enterprise customers regularly to clearly understand their needs and pain points
  • Design and conduct research and market analysis to build a deeper understanding of customers and their needs
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap to product leadership and executive teams
  • Present and influence decision-making by sharing concepts, business rationale, and key findings with stakeholders and senior directors
  • Train sales, support, and consulting teams on how to sell, troubleshoot, and use the new technology being developed
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritization with a deep understanding of LLM technical constraints, ensuring efficient resource allocation across model training, fine-tuning, and deployment
  • Write detailed technical specifications and user stories that effectively bridge business requirements with engineering implementation needs
  • Analyze product metrics, model performance data, and user feedback to continuously improve product capabilities and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent experience in a business-related field is preferred
