Principal OR Sr Principal Engineering Systems

Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline from an accredited institution with a minimum of 5 years of experience; OR 3 years’ experience with a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline for Principal Systems Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline from an accredited institution with a minimum of 8 years of experience; OR 6 years’ experience with a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline for Sr. Principal Systems Engineer
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance Secret or above
Must have ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Technical knowledge and practice in design, analysis, cross-functional integration, or on-aircraft experience with Subsystems, Composites, or Metallic Structures
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in managing the implementation of multi-disciplinary projects and stakeholders
Experience with creating and maintaining an Internal Master Schedule
Customer facing and leadership facing presentation experience
Ability to distill complex issues and convey to a wide audience
Knowledge with Configuration Management

Join a team to plan and execute production integration startup activities
Maintain technical integration, cost, and schedule for establishing a new F-35 production facility
Coordinate with the customer and internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to align overall vision and goal for rapid development
Drive down critical issues including production startup integration between Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Production to completion
Present status and issues to Program Leadership
