Requirements
- Deep understanding of SoC memory subsystem architecture and memory technologies, including LPDDR4/5/6, HBM3/4, DDR5/6 and DDR modules
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (such as C++)
- Strong scripting skills for performance analysis and debugging
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Research state-of-the-art memory technologies
- Collaborate with SoC architects
- Pathfinding new memory platform solutions
- Optimize system KPI of memory subsystems in pre-silicon and post-silicon environments
- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Analyze electrical and functional test data
- Work with memory suppliers to ensure proper tests are performed and issues are debugged
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of DRAM-based memory industry or enterprise/cloud server experience
- BS (Bachelor’s degree) in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering
- MS (Master’s degree) in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering
- Experience working with HBM/PCDDR memory and related systems
