Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience in technology or IT, with some years in SaaS or subscription based business
- Experience with entitlement management systems, subscription lifecycle management, usage tracking and metering, billing models, integration with CRM, ERP, and billing systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands on experience in software development, databases and SQL, cloud platforms, programming languages, and Microservices
- Experience building products that leverage AI for natural language querying (NLQ), data quality & governance, automated insights, and diagnostics
- Experience mentoring junior product managers and contributing to the development of product management best practices within an organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Must be local to the SF Bay area to be onsite
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and drive product roadmap for entitlement system and other functions
- Own the delivery and quality of product specifications including product requirements, project epics and user stories
- Own product backlogs to drive continuous improvements and product capabilities and features
- Serve as a bridge among functions – business, R&D, IT Architecture, engineering, QA – ensuring seamless product development
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product life cycle
- Act as a domain expert and go-to leader within the organization
- Analyze case trends and engineering escalations to identify patterns, prioritize fixes, and influence the product backlog
- Define and monitor success criteria and metrics for the product, including usage and quality measures
- Analyze user feedback and refine strategy
