Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience with Angular 16, RxJS, Redux/NgRx and TypeScript
- Experience with micro front end architectural patterns
- Expertise with test automation tools and frameworks e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Jest and Storybook
- Ability to triage, complete root cause analysis, and be decisive under pressure
- Ability to creatively tackle new, exciting problems in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner and build and maintain effective relationships
- Positive relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Technical acuity and engineering mentality
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and driving automation.
Responsibilities
- Help build a user experience and the underlying platforms needed to support Fidelity’s digital presence
- Craft, own, build and support features at every stage of the software development lifecycle
- Build things, taking an idea and creating rapid prototypes that are shippable and learn from real-life feedback
- Work with the product team to ensure the right features are being built based on scope and customer value
- Contribute back to the team by developing solutions that help improve developer efficiency or sharing knowledge about new techniques and technologies.
