Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field of study.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit management and/or collections for a global company
- Team player who is able to work with global and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels across the organization and with external customers.
- Ability to build relationships across functions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct credit assessments and reviews for new and existing customers to determine creditworthiness.
- Analyze credit data and financial statements to identify potential risks, manage the credit hold process and make recommendations for credit limits within assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Monitor receivable balances and aging on a daily basis for assigned accounts and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances to ensure timely collection.
- Identify reasons for non-payment or disputed items and work with Customer, Sales, Customer Service and AR Manager on plan to resolve.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning and Business Finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient order-to-cash process and improve the customer experience.
- Create and maintain accurate records of credit and collection activities to support reporting requirements to Senior Management.
- Create and maintain SOPs for job duties, identify process improvement opportunities, and assist in creation of documents to be used for cross-functional process alignment.
- Adherence to all AR Policies and Controls.
