Requirements

  • 12+ years of work experience in consulting, internal strategy, program management, or sales operations.
  • 5+ years of working in partnership with Sales organizations
  • 3+ years of experience working on Fiscal Year transitions
  • Exhibitor of operational excellence and the ability to drive process improvements
  • Strong executive internal/external executive presence
  • Experience developing programs to achieve business outcomes and develop successful teams.
  • Experience with data analysis to inform and drive strategic business decisions.
  • Able to present complex business decisions in a structured format.
  • Able to effectively communicate with senior leaders on decisions that impact their teams.
  • Consultative approach and strong communication skills to engage with key partners at senior executive levels.
  • Able to nurture collaboration and facilitate discussions among cross-functional teams to drive progress on a variety of projects and programs.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, establish credibility, be decisive and articulate issues clearly and concisely.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to bring point of view forward in a nuanced way to influence.

Responsibilities

  • Craft sales strategy
  • Lead global initiatives to support the growth of the sales organization
  • Play an integral role in FY sales planning
  • Run large complex projects from development to execution
  • Identify innovative approaches for programs and priorities across the business.
