Principal Facilities Representative – Level 3

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant facilities experience or Masters Degree with 3 years relevant facilities experience; OR an additional 4 years of relevant facilities experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Facilities Planning and/or Scheduling Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Projects
• Proven effective ability to prioritize and delegate assignments
• Experience using Maximo
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Clearance

Responsibilities

• Measuring, and maintaining the department metrics
• Project planning for ACCE facility
• Attending various daily meetings
• Presenting metrics to Leadership
• Maximo Administration
• External contractor scheduling to complete facilities projects
• Scheduling preventative maintenance and work orders

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to positively interact with workers, contractors, management, and customers
• Some Leadership experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and able to understand facility and team goals
• Self-Starter
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
