Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital request/receipt/depreciation management or a related role within industrial engineering
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in PowerBI, Spotfire, & Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, Access, & PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing capital projects within the industrial engineering department
- Defining long-term Capital requirement to meet a dynamic product volume mix changes and technology transition
- Continuously innovating and enhancing capital planning system functionality to improve capability and forecast accuracy
- Collaborating with Operation and Finance team to manage CIP (Construction In Progress) place-in-service schedule for depreciation planning
