Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation
- Experience in modifying existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, upgrade interfaces and improve performance
- Experience in developing and directing software system testing and validation procedures
- Experience in directing software programming and development of technical documentation
- Experience in analyzing information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of new systems and modifications of existing systems
- Experience in consulting with customers and other departments on project status, proposals, and technical issues
- Experience utilizing Extract/Transform/Load tools, including Abinitio, Snowflake, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Unix/Linux, Oracle, Teradata, SAS, Tableau, Python, Spark, Maestro, Autosys, and Data Quality.
Responsibilities
- Recommends and influences end-to-end design of data integration solutions and data model changes
- Creates the most effective way to approach the business requirements
- Implements large-scale data solutions that are complex, scalable, and efficient using all data integration tools and technologies available.
