Requirements
- 4+ Years experience in ServiceNow configuration management, particularly in GRC and SecOps modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications in GRC and SecOps, as well as Agile methodologies and Security certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the configuration of multiple applications primarily in the GRC and Security Operations Modules.
- Implement and manage integrations into GRC and SecOps modules to enhance risk management and vulnerability response.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline GRC and SecOps workflows and enhance overall platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Educate and mentor stakeholders on best practices for using ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective configuration and monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
