Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Computer Science, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Risk or Strategy related occupation
- Experience in data analysis using SQL
- Leveraging Excel, Tableau, Clickstream, and Snowflake
- Technical and workflow management using Jira, Lucid Chart, and MS Visio
- Experience in a microservice environment and workflow within the Digital Acquisitions environment
- Blueworks live process mapping
- Automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, QTP, or Rest Assured
Responsibilities
- Work with the business to meet the needs of various corporate initiatives such as vendor management, operational risk events, risk related open issues, complaints and operational readiness reviews for projects
- Conduct end to end reviews for critical processes
- Identify gaps as they relate to operational and regulatory risk
- Define best possible scenarios for remediation
