Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with function and enterprise-level goals
- Design and manage intuitive, impactful dashboards and reporting tools to support real-time visibility and decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; translate data into strategic recommendations
- Partner closely with Clinical, Medical, HEPR leadership, and cross-functional teams to assess business needs, improve processes, and drive efficiencies
- Facilitate the creation, refinement, and optimization of data-related strategies and process workflows
- Champion best practices in business process management and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Translate complex data into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and technologies that support advanced analytics and reporting
- Data analytics in regard to AOP/Finances/Resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience developing KPIs, building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and generating insights from data
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of organizational strategy and operational excellence
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industries
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Analytics, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of enterprise data tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Smartsheet)
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
