Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and engineering large-scale resilient, scalable and extensible SaaS platforms operating at global scale.
- Experience with Amazon AWS and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Experience delivering microservices in a SaaS continuous delivery environment.
- Experience designing and implementing highly scalable and performant microservice software patterns for cloud services.
- Experience with event-driven systems.
- Experience driving analysis, design, and implementation of public APIs, especially REST-based, and application components.
- Passion for quality and customer success.
- Independent learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with and providing architectural leadership across geographically distributed teams.
- An understanding and appreciation of the purpose and the practices of DevOps and agile; accompanied with the skills to deliver reliably and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Elevate our engineering discipline with a combination of hands-on coding, architectural thought leadership, packaging, documenting and enabling teams on platform capabilities.
- Integrate new workloads onto the Qlik Platform in an extensible, efficient and resilient manner.
- Work with teams around the world to advance state of the art engineering at Qlik.
