Responsibilities

  • Develop overall pricing strategy framework – Determine how and why we price
  • Develop new product pricing – Work alongside the Product team to ensure that new product launches are priced to deliver the best results
  • Offer management – Work with acquisition and retention teams on discounting levels and promotional tools
  • Market Analysis – Review the market to analyze competitor pricing, customer value perception, and industry trends to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments
  • Pricing Governance – Own the control framework for pricing changes across the total organization
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pricing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Financial Modelling: Own the financial models and pricing simulations to forecast impacts of different pricing structures on acquisition and retention.
