Requirements
- Clinical professional in health care (such as MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, PharmD)
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative leadership role in Clinical operations or Quality, Safety, Experience or related area
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work successfully in a hybrid work environment
- Ability to commit to a full-time fellowship (clinical activities may be allowed with prior approval)
Responsibilities
- Rotate through key divisions of The Joint Commission enterprise, including but not limited to: Accreditation and Certification Operation, Global Accreditation & Certification Product Development, Division of Innovation, Department of Research, National Quality Forum and Quality Measurement, Federal and State Relations, Editorial meetings of The Joint Commission Journal of quality and Safety
- Complete a quality-focused project approved by senior leadership and that contributes to the design and implementation of TJC enterprise strategy
- Earn the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential through a structured program in partnership with the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
