Requirements
- A strong technical background in USPS automation
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- 2+ years of Sales and/or client-facing USPS technical experience
- 1-5 years of experience in the field of digital communications
- High level of ethics and commitment
- Self-starter
Responsibilities
- Engage with Sales and senior business and technical decision makers to understand customer objectives, business priorities, and challenges
- Map and translate Pitney Bowes offerings into a customer-specific solution strategy that ensures customer success throughout current and future challenges
- Work with Sales to develop and present compelling technical solutions to clients and maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case
- Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard discussions with employees and clients
- Own and lead the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW)
Preferred Qualifications
- May require up to 30% travel (including overnight stays) as needed
