Requirements
- 5 years of previous clinical experience required
- Bachelor’s – Business or Bachelor’s – Healthcare required
- Driver’s License with Acceptable Driving Record
- BLS Certified within 90 days of Start Date
Responsibilities
- Develops and meets capital and operating budget targets
- Contributes to and supports short and long-range goals for departments/division
- Recruits, develops, retains and leads a talented team of leadership and staff
- Builds consensus with the Medical Staff
- Practices process improvement principles and oversees improvement of the quality of the services and patient care provided
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Cardiology experience preferred
- 3 years of previous leadership experience preferred
- RN training preferred
