Requirements

  • Excellent managerial and financial skills.
  • Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
  • Thorough understanding of management and financial practices of business operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of five or more years of experience as a senior leader in the healthcare industry, preferably, in an ambulatory care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ongoing operations of LRFP.
  • Manages and directs LRFP toward its primary goals and objectives.
  • Oversee employment decisions.
  • Assists physicians in the development of high priority initiatives and strategic opportunities.
  • Leads assigned strategy initiatives and meetings.
  • Utilizes knowledge of business principles and practices to position LRFP for the future.
  • Plans and oversees innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Ensures the practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Manages budgets, revenue, and expenses, ensuring financial stability, profitability, and growth of the practices.
  • Ensures that an adequate organizational structure is in place to accommodate effective business, operations, and quality.
  • Acts as a liaison between the practices and various service lines at EngageMED such as revenue cycle, IT, Software Support, and People Services.
  • Ensures that an adequate organizational structure is in place to accommodate effective operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
