Practice Executive

Excellent managerial and financial skills.
Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
Thorough understanding of management and financial practices of business operations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, or related field.
Minimum of five or more years of experience as a senior leader in the healthcare industry, preferably, in an ambulatory care setting.

Oversee the ongoing operations of LRFP.
Manages and directs LRFP toward its primary goals and objectives.
Oversee employment decisions.
Assists physicians in the development of high priority initiatives and strategic opportunities.
Leads assigned strategy initiatives and meetings.
Utilizes knowledge of business principles and practices to position LRFP for the future.
Plans and oversees innovative marketing initiatives.
Ensures the practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Manages budgets, revenue, and expenses, ensuring financial stability, profitability, and growth of the practices.
Ensures that an adequate organizational structure is in place to accommodate effective business, operations, and quality.
Acts as a liaison between the practices and various service lines at EngageMED such as revenue cycle, IT, Software Support, and People Services.
