Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive and successful Human Resources experience
- Experience with exposure in health and welfare, voluntary benefits, and/or retirement plans in the U.S. preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business field
- Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities using time management skills
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instruction given
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Skillful with technological tools such as PC and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel i.e. extensive experience using formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, etc)
- Demonstrate a passion for handling confidential information with integrity
- Extremely detail orientated and organized
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Performance and Rewards CoE team for the Americas
- Focus on health and welfare, severance and retirement plans, and well-being program deliverables
- Act as key liaison between the People & Communication (P&C) Shared Services team
Preferred Qualifications
- French and/or Spanish skills is a plus
