Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Power platform development, including Canvas Apps, Model driven apps, Workflows, and Integrations
- Experience with SharePoint 2019 services and patching
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, SharePoint administrator, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Power Platform and SharePoint
- Customize Power Platform applications to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain processes to provision and maintain SharePoint sites
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using Power Platform
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Power Platform and SharePoint farms
- Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions
- Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience in one or more of the following: Javascript, REST APIs, Power Shell, Github, Azure DevOps, Power BI
- Power Platform certification(s) preferred
