Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting edge research in the regulation of gene expression in leukemia.
- Perform experiments using molecular and cellular biology techniques including qRT-PCR, quantitative chromatin immunoprecipitation (qChIP), ChIP-seq, retroviral and lentiviral production, transfection, luciferase reporter assay, tissue culture, cloning, DNA and RNA isolation, Western blot, protein purification, flow cytometry, and isolation of hematopoietic cells from mouse bone marrow and spleen.
- Assist in writing manuscripts depending on skills.
