Requirements
- Expertise in Nutrition and/or Obesity/Human Physiology
- Experience in laboratory and clinical research
- Ability to use artificial intelligence (AI) for data analysis
- Knowledge of diet, genes, proteins, microbiome, and metabolism interactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Examine individual differences in response to different diets
- Study interactions between diet, genes, proteins, microbiome, and metabolism
- Develop algorithms using artificial intelligence (AI) to predict dietary responses
- Generate new hypotheses linking nutrition and diets to health and disease
- Participate in other research projects led by Drs. Ravussin and Redman
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong publication record in relevant research areas
- Experience in interdisciplinary research
- Familiarity with advanced statistical methods
