Requirements
- Advanced scientific knowledge
- Capable of exercising considerable independent judgment
- Previous experience with animal experiments using murine cancer models
- Strong background in immunology
- Experience in molecular and cell biology techniques including primary cell culture, RNA assays, protein assays, confocal assay, and flow cytometry
- Doctoral degree in an appropriate discipline
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to evaluate the anti-cancer effects of STING agonist-loaded, cell-based therapy in humanized mice bearing triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)
- Perform non-routine and complex laboratory duties requiring advanced technical skills and proficiency to support divisional faculty
