Requirements
- Strong bioinformatics/computational biology skills
- Experience with large scale genomic and genetics data
- Familiarity with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
- Experience with GWAS chip data
- Knowledge of Single Cell Transcriptomics (scRNA-seq, single cell ATAC-seq, and spatial transcriptomics)
- Ability to develop and implement new methods for research
Responsibilities
