Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation and execution of client renewals, expansions, and pricing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Deal Desk teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts.
  • Monitor payment schedules to ensure compliance, follow up on overdue payments, and address billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Develop and manage accurate renewal forecasts, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met while identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.
  • Act as the financial and contractual point of contact for enterprise clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Manage our CRM records and forecasts to ensure timely and accurate data for your portfolio.
  • Partner with Wunderkind’s Client Executives to align contractual agreements with client objectives and Wunderkind’s value propositions.
  • Address escalations related to contract terms, payment issues, or pricing concerns in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Drive initiatives to improve pricing models, contract workflows, and payment processes.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable best practices for managing enterprise accounts, including renewal strategies and payment compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, analytics, sales, or other function with exposure to contractual agreements.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, including ARR, gross margins, and payment compliance.
  • Experience navigating contractual and pricing discussions with legal and procurement teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
