Requirements
- At least 1 – 2 years of recreation, food and beverage, or hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera, and Micros preferred/is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Pool & Beach Manager with the management of the pool and beach operations.
- Leads the recreation team (15-18 direct reports).
- Responds to a wide variety of guest and resident requests by accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera, and Micros preferred/is a plus.
