Political-Military Analyst

8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, U.S. government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training.
BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security preferred; 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree
Experience with all-source analytic tradecraft and ICD 203 and 206
Ability to produce high-quality verbal and written products on complex technical concepts with little lead time
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Conduct strategic all source political and military analysis addressing military and security organizations and related issues within regions, countries, and or locations as designated by the Government.
Monitor existing events, regional political and military leadership, security and military forces capabilities and intentions, and order of battle
Produce strategic assessments and intelligence products to meet requirements as designated by the Government
Provide strategic level products on foreign military, security, and related political issues

Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Master’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus
