Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in engineering, in a manufacturing environment or in a related field
- Knowledge of extrusion and plastic molding equipment would be an asset
- Ability to work independently, with strong skills in personal motivation
- Excellent skills in customer relationship management
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Skilled in managing internal and external teams
- Capacity to learn in a changing and technological environment
- Skilled communicator, with strong teamwork values
- Good knowledge of software such as AutoCAD and the Office suite
- General knowledge of mechanical concepts, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordination, execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineering design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including specifications, drawings, reports, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation and effective communication.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project performance against established objectives.
- Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
