Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND three (3) years of combined continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics/distribution, and/or transactional/office in a private, public, government or military environment
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of combined continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics/distribution, and/or transactional/office in a private, public, government or military environment
Responsibilities
- Driving continuous improvements safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and flow while celebrating accomplishments.
- Leading improvements as a high impact individual contributor – modeling and demonstrating winning approaches (focused on leading with kaizen) to deliver significant results.
- Growing the site Continuous Improvement (CI) culture – creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and approach (all levels)
- Responsible for achieving continuous improvement savings and delivering measurable results
- Providing coaching and training to team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (completed and verified prior to start)
- Engineering experience
- Project Management experience
- Proficiency in lean principles
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Strong facilitation, communication, and teaching skills
