Requirements
- High School Degree (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of SAP (Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Distribution)
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain projects or production planning in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven knowledge of time analysis
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Development and standardization of efficient processes and systems (continuous improvement)
- Support in the implementation of innovative logistics processes and systems
- Organize and lead regular meetings with Production and Supply Chain teams for process and packaging
- Planning and implementation of optimized logistics processes
- Optimize and ensure process and materials management system performance is adequate
- Conducting materials management systems training
- Project management, planning, implementation, and operation of IT systems for the Supply Chain group
- Planning of material flow and equipment for inhouse production
- Coordination and implementation of packaging in-house and with customers or suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher technical education in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in Spanish
