Physician – Department of Surgery – Abdominal and Hernia General Surgeon – Open Rank/Track Faculty

Requirements

• Board Certified in General Surgery
• Successful completion of a General Surgery Fellowship with focus on Abdominal Wall Surgery
• Academic Experience highly desired
• Eligible for State of Ohio medical licensure
• Qualify for academic appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level – Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with previous training and experience

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the Center for Abdominal Core Health caring for patients with simple and complex abdominal wall issues
• Perform a high volume of operations within Ohio State’s Ambulatory/Outpatient Surgery Centers
