Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
- Experience multi-tasking with handling customers, retrieving information and communicating information
- Must reside in the state of Nevada
Responsibilities
- Interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain the company’s reputation for high-quality service
- Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients
- Work closely with Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
- Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information
- Ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
- Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months experience in high-volume call center / customer service environment
- Experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or other similar applications
