Requirements
- PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
- Pharmacist licensure in the state of Ohio within 90 days of hire date and pharmacist licensure in the state of Michigan within 180 days of hire date (for the Consulting Learning Experience beginning in January)
Responsibilities
- Complete a 1-year accredited residency with intensive experiences in patient care, dispensing/operations, teaching, public health, research, practice management, intravenous (IV) infusion, and anticoagulation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in community pharmacy practice with interest in organizational leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Professionalism and maturity
- Ability to travel to clinical sites, training programs, and professional meetings
- CVS Health internship or rotation experience
