Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving and/or new product development (e.g., consulting)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Leading the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of technology to support multiple new strategic products that incorporate the company’s assets and delivery methods
  • Partnering with our technology teams to implement novel solutions that enable our pharmacy teams to better serve our patients and managing the ongoing success of these products
  • Optimize current channels and develop strategic insights to streamline technology/system capabilities to improve processes
  • Engaging with product teams to provide support in leveraging current technology and creating new technology to meet product goals
  • Reporting out on findings and proposing key recommendations to our senior leadership team
  • Developing a ‘story’ and accompanying deck that concisely summarizes findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for the executive management team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharmacy or Pharmacist background preferred.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD, Healthcare Management)
  • Knowledge and experience working in healthcare space.
  • Experience building and implementing healthcare technology solutions
  • Ability to foster effective working relations with and persuade diverse business leaders based on fact and reason with an emphasis on achieving tangible results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work on teams within a highly collaborative environment.
