Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
- Enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy working towards a Pharmacist degree or Foreign-trained pharmacist working towards state Pharmacist licensure
- Pharmacy Intern Certification/Registration upon hire required
- Pharmacy Intern Certification/Registration if registered Pharmacy Technician upon hire within 1 Year required
Responsibilities
- Prepares, checks, and dispenses medications
- Performs medication distribution
- Performs admission medication histories
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of one year at an accredited College of Pharmacy or 0 to 2 years experience in Pharmacy
