Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with external clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively discussing strategies, presenting proposals, and collaborating with sales and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Supports the strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the region.
- Provides ongoing support to regional decision makers and support pharmacy benefit management (PBM) field sales team during request for proposal (RFP) processes.
- Assists in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings, revenue opportunities and meeting internal health plan penetration goals.
