Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or experience in related fields.
- Ability to lead independently with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company’s business.
- Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
- Deep knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving interpersonal, operational, or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem-solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of team members, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and tools.
- Identify skill gaps and create development plans to help team members grow in their roles and advance their careers.
- Understand program goals and contribute to building components, processes, and sequences.
- Analyze data to develop accurate reports and summaries.
- Work under the direction of leadership to contribute ideas to help resolve gaps in key processes or procedures. Support the development of new procedures and policies to streamline new or existing processes.
- Bring a deep understanding of relevant and emerging technologies, give technical direction to team members, and embed learning and innovation in day-to-day activities.
- Work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Report out on key program details to a disparate set of stakeholders and manage how those details impact tangential programs, initiatives, or projects.
- Manage relationships with Business Partners, Control Partners, 3rd-party Vendors, and other GT Stakeholders to establish and maintain alignment on Program Objectives, Approach, and Progress.
- Lead in crafting and delivering key messages/communications to Program Stakeholders.
- Help manage cross-team execution of the program deliverables/outcomes with minimal guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft technology stack knowledge including MS Fabric, Azure, Power Platform, CoPilot, PowerBI, etc
