Requirements
- At least 3 years insurance account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Familiarity with EPIC is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
- Servicing the day-to-day needs of insured clients
- Managing the executions of all aspects of the client renewal
- Assisting in claim conflicts
- Soliciting referrals
- Providing a full account review at renewal and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EPIC is a plus
