Requirements

• 3+ years experience in banking or related field
• Knowledge of banking products

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures
