Requirements
- 3+ years experience in banking or related field
- Associates or equivalent degree or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
Responsibilities
- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
- Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing
- Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions
- Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions
- Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively
- Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures
