Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
- Support daily administrative operations and special projects
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
