Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed
- Assist with personal errands, including coordinating deliveries, reservations, and other tasks
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as assigned
