Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and calls
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and email management
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with personal errands and occasional on-site support
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
- Monitor and respond to routine requests in a timely manner
